1. Introduction
Welcome to Track Talk by Obsidian Key (“we”, “us”, “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your participation in our livestream submission process. By submitting your music and purchasing credits, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to participate in Track Talk. By submitting your music, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

3. Submission & Credit System

  • Line & Credit Purchase:

    • All submissions are queued based on a “line” system. The minimum credit purchase is $15, which secures your place in line.

    • You may add additional credit (e.g., $20 to skip the $15, $25 to skip the $20) to move up in the queue.

  • Non-Refundable Policy:

    • All credits purchased are non-refundable. If you need to leave the livestream or if the stream ends before you are heard, your purchased credit will be saved on a detailed list for the next livestream.

    • Credits remain valid for a minimum of 10 days, or longer if you are active in our community.

  • Submission Instructions:

    • Send your music to songsubmission@gmail.com in any format (Spotify, YouTube, SoundCloud, MP3, WAV, etc.). Please include your username and song name in the subject line.

4. Payment
We accept payments via Cash App, Venmo, and PayPal. By purchasing credit, you agree to our pricing structure and the terms outlined above.

5. User Conduct & Content

  • You agree to submit only content that you own or have permission to use.

  • You must behave respectfully during the livestream. Any abusive or disruptive behavior may result in removal from the queue without credit refund.

6. Disclaimer & Limitations

  • No Guarantee of Airtime:

    • Submission of your music does not guarantee that you will be played. The “line” system is strictly enforced, and we reserve the right to manage the queue at our discretion.

  • Service Provided “As Is”:

    • Our livestream is provided on an “as is” basis. We make no warranties regarding uninterrupted access or error-free operation.

  • Limitation of Liability:

    • To the fullest extent permitted by law, Obsidian Key shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in Track Talk.

7. Modifications & Termination

  • We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued participation in Track Talk after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

  • We may suspend or terminate your participation if you breach these Terms or if your behavior is harmful to other participants.

8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas.
